My life's generally pretty good right now. I like my work and I think I'm at the stage where I have enough experience to have become pretty good at it. I get along well with my family, I have a bunch of geeky friends and a bunch of work friends, and I have enough money to comfortably do things like traveling (I'd really like to go back to London and live there for a month or so in the holidays; it was awesome). What I don't have is a partner, but I really don't have much in the way of experience with that. I have little idea as to how to go about looking for a guy to date in the first place, and my life's so full at the moment I'm not sure I'd even have the time or the need. I suspect this is not an unknown problem among geeks. *sigh*
My health is not horrible but not brilliant. I really need to lose weight and I know my bad eating habits are not helping. I've been having a bit of back trouble and elbow trouble and sleep trouble but nothing that's really awful, so hopefully two weeks worth of rest will have me feeling better.
My life at the moment is... predictable. But that means it's less stressful, so I'm all for it.
